Use the activity.

The "Recent Activity" feature helps you see what has been changed or added in a folder. It complements tasks, documents, notes, and the inspector when you need to quickly review the context of your work.

What is the purpose of this activity?

Find quickly what has changed.

A customer profile centralizes information about the account, its assignments, documents, notes, and history.

When you open a folder, the "Recent Activity" feature helps you find items that have been modified or added without having to browse through each section separately.

It therefore serves as a supplementary reference point: you can see what happened, and then go back to the relevant item to view its details or relationships.
