No. By default, each Memory Board is private and accessible only by you. In the future, if you wish, you can open up collaborative access to certain friends and family.
This access will always remain voluntary, limited and entirely under your control. KharonBridge is not a social network: no content is public without your explicit decision.
Yes, you can delete your letters, memory items or your entire account at any time from your personal space.
You can also request the export of your data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In the event of account deletion, your personal data will be permanently deleted, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. You remain the owner of your information.

Writing to a missing person is a symbolic space dedicated to mourning and emotional bonding. Letters can be archived, or crossed over the Bridge for an intimate, personal experience.
Leave a trace is a space that looks to the future. It allows you to write for yourself, for your loved ones or for a future date, through time capsules or messages destined for your "future self".
In both cases: a private, secure space, away from social networks.
It's a secure, personal digital space where you can :
- add photos, videos, digital objects or letters ;
- organize your memories at your own pace ;
- create an intimate space dedicated to memory, contemplation or transmission.
Yes, writing is at the heart of the KharonBridge experience. You can :
- writing letters to a loved one ;
- writing for yourself or your future self ;
- store your letters in your private Memory Board ;
- program certain letters to be opened later via a time capsule.
Each letter remains strictly personal and accessible only from your secure area.
In the "Writing to the Departed" section, you can choose to keep a letter or symbolically "cross the Bridge". This gesture represents an intimate, personal act, part of your writing ritual.
The time capsule is a deferred letter, available in space. "Leaving a trace".
It allows you to write today for a future opening: a birthday, a symbolic date, or even several years in the future. The message remains sealed until the chosen date, then becomes accessible at the appointed time.
An initial time capsule is offered when you create your account.
Yes. In space "Writing to a missing person", you can light a symbolic candle in tribute to the person you're writing to.
A first candle is offered when you create your account. Additional candles are available as separate packs, independent of the subscription.
Each candle illuminates your space for a set period of time, as part of an intimate, personal process.
Le Gardien du Pont is a soft digital presence integrated with KharonBridge. It does not answer your letters, nor does it replace any human relationship.
Its role is to support your experience by :
- suggesting symbolic reminders at certain key moments; ;
- highlighting important dates; ;
- enriching your space with discreet, personalized proposals.
Le Gardien du Pont acts only in your private space and strictly respects the confidentiality of your content.
Eventually, certain customization options will be available depending on the service level. In particular, you'll be able to adapt :
- colors and visual ambiances ;
- backgrounds and decorative elements ;
- typography ;
- certain symbols (star, dove, flame...).
The aim is to enable you to create a space that reflects your personality, while retaining KharonBridge's distinctive elegance and sobriety.
No. Your space is strictly private and accessible only from your account, unless you voluntarily choose to share limited access.
The free version lets you discover the full experience, with free access to your Memory Board and up to 5 letters per month.
Subscriptions are available for those who wish to write without limitation, enrich their space or access additional functions.
Symbolic candles and additional capsules can also be purchased individually, independently of the subscription.
Yes, KharonBridge can be installed directly on your phone or tablet, without using the App Store or Google Play.
Once installed, the application opens like any other app from your home screen, with a fluid, mobile-optimized experience.
On iPhone or iPad (iOS) : open KharonBridge in Safari, press the share icon (the square with an upward arrow), then choose "On the home screen".
On Android : open KharonBridge in Chrome, press the three dots at the top right, then choose "Add to home screen".
