Yes, your letters, memories and personal data are stored on secure servers and processed in compliance with RGPD. We do not sell or exploit your data for advertising purposes.
Is the content of my Memory Board publicly visible?

No. By default, each Memory Board is private and accessible only by you. Eventually, you may choose to open collaborative access for certain friends and family, but this will always remain under your control.
Can I delete my data or my account?

Yes, you can delete your letters, memory items or account at any time. You will also be able to request the export of your data, in compliance with the RGPD.

KharonBridge was designed to offer an intimate space, far from the noise of social networks, where anyone can write freely, honor a memory and reconnect with their own emotions. Writing rituals, widely studied in modern psychology, are known to help through a period of mourning ( external source ).

Our aim is to offer a reliable, structured and gentle environment, capable of supporting each individual at his or her own pace.

What is a Memory Board?

It's a personal digital space where you can :

  • organize your memories at your own pace ;
  • create an intimate, living space in tribute to your loved one.
Can I write letters to my deceased?

Yes, this is one of KharonBridge's core functions. You can :
  • write letters as soon as you register; ;
  • store them in your memory space ;
  • program them for a future date with the time capsule (coming soon).
Can I use KharonBridge to “leave a trace”?

Yes, this function lets you write for the future and preserve your history. You can :
  • write letters to yourself or loved ones; ;
  • keep your thoughts in your personal space; ;
  • program a future opening using the time capsule (coming soon).
What is a time capsule? (coming soon)

It's a deferred letter, which you program to be «opened» at a later date: a birthday, a symbolic date, or even several years later.

The emotional effect is powerful.

It's a Emotional AI. She does not answer your letters, but accompanies you in :

What are the rates?

KharonBridge is currently test phase and will shortly be entering beta phase. All services are currently free of charge.

This allows you to freely discover the platform, write your first letters and create a Memory Board in your own image.

Eventually, a fee-based offer will be introduced, with different subscription levels and additional services (virtual candles, advanced capsules, etc.).
