Getting Started with Le Carnet.
Install Le Carnet on your iPhone or iPad, set up your device, and learn about a few useful settings before writing your first entry.
A few lines are enough to get started.
You don't need to learn all the features of the Notebook the first time you use it.
Start by installing the app, creating your account, and writing your first entry. Photos, Clara, reminders, and time capsules can come later.
The main goal is to have a personal space where you can store things you want to be able to find later.
Just prepare The essentials.
iPhone or iPad
The Notebook works on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later.
An Internet connection
You need it to create your account, load your Journal, and publish your entries.
An email address
When creating your account, use an email address where you can check your messages.
Nothing else
No complex setup is required before writing your first post.
Install Le Carnet from the App Store.
Once the public version is available, installation is done directly from the App Store.
Search for Le Carnet or use the App Store link provided by KharonBridge.
Make sure it is indeed «Le Carnet de KharonBridge.».
Use the download button provided by the App Store.
Once the installation is complete, launch the app by clicking its icon.
It allows you to create your account, upload your Journal, post your entries, and use the services associated with the app.
If you use TestFlight.
Users participating in a testing phase install Le Carnet from Apple's TestFlight app.
A TestFlight invitation only allows you to install a test version. It does not create your Le Carnet account.
If no version is available, use the invitation or the link that was sent to you instead of searching for another app with a similar name.
Always use the same channel.
If you're using a public beta, install the new versions from the App Store.
If you're participating in a beta test, use TestFlight.
Before updating, make sure your current draft has been saved or published. You do not need to delete your account.
Updating the app does not require you to recreate your personal account or your Le Carnet login credentials.
Allow only what you want to use.
The Notes app may request certain permissions when you use the corresponding feature. You can review them later in your iPhone or iPad settings.
Receive your reminders
Enable notifications if you want to receive the reminders you choose to turn on in Le Carnet.
You can change this setting later in your device's settings.
Add an image

Permission is requested only when this feature is used.
